I Make A Sound Even When No one is Watching !

There is a tug at the heart to live life. There is a beating motivation to get out there and do something. Something fun, something in freedom, something exhilarating. But what happens when no one sees it. Did it really happen?

I want to encourage you today that you can live, fully, off of social media. Now wait ... I'm not saying delete your apps. (Not this time At least) I'm not saying cut the whole world off. (Which is also good sometimes) What I am saying is do something and allow the self satisfaction to be enough. Do something without worrying about getting the picture. Do something without having to make sure the world knows you did it.

Why? Well, why not?

Who did you go for? Them, or you?

Like the saying, when a tree falls in the forest and no one is watching does it still make a sound? Uhhh, yeah it does! You being there is not what creates the sound. The falling, the breaking, the living of life all happens whether someone is watching or not. The same goes for your life. Whether people see it or not you have the freedom to live it and live it fully.

So, go to the restaurant, go to the spa, go out of town and enjoy the satisfaction between you and you. You don't need anyone elses stamp of approval .
