Coach Foster beat me down last week!
I had the pleasure of showing up to "Evolution Fitness and Results" last week for a consultation and Coach Foster said "well since you're here go ahead and workout".
He has reasonable coaching fees and a full gym, so of course I couldn't say no.

Let me tell you...
Words cant explain the way Coach Foster elevated my workout experience. See, I will usually commit to 10/15 reps, maybe 20 if I am feeling good. This man calls out 40, 50 reps like its nothing. From pushing me to complete more reps, cheering me on and correcting my form is was a phenomenal experience.
Coach Foster called out my blind spots by helping me correct my form. For example, I was squatting with more weight on my toes than my heels. He was very adamant about getting me to keep my heels down. He also realized I was squatting very fast which isn't good for my knees. He helped me to slow my pace down to perfect my form and reduce the chance of injury.
What did this teach me? To start with, I am much stronger than I realize. I realized that I have the capacity to withstand a heightened workout experience. Now I know, when I workout at home I have the ability to push myself much more than I was.
In addition, being apart of a gym gives you the accountability and support many of us need. I was struggling through mountain climbers on the treadmill and my friend and another gym member were cheering me on. It really encouraged me to continue even though it was extremely difficult.
Although many of us feel acquainted with physical fitness and we have the knowledge and experience to work out on our own I highly encourage hiring a trainer to elevate your experience. Even if you just pop in for a month to get your feet wet, give you motivation or develop new skills. I highly recommend.
(I was sore for 3 days , lol)
Going to Evolution Fitness gave me:
Someone to Push Me.
Others to Encourage Me.
Someone to Correct My Form.
